Graduating is a significant milestone that deserves to be celebrated. Since you’ve already worked so hard, we’ve made it easy for you to be confident and in love with your photos.


Creating beautiful and timeless graduation photos is our goal and we would love to be a part of your journey.

Frequently asked questions

 

Portfolio & Privacy Use

I’m incredibly proud of the work I create with my graduates, and sharing a small selection of images allows me to showcase my style and continue growing my small business.

By booking with Glasshill Collective/Grads, you’re granting permission for a limited number of images to be used for my portfolio, website, and social media.

If you’d prefer to keep your images completely private, I fully respect and honor that choice. A $75 privacy fee will be added to your session to account for the loss of promotional use. Please let me know your preference at the time of booking.

Payment Information

Non-Refundable Deposit can be either Zelle or Apple Pay to (949) 998-0110

Remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot can can be Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay

How far in advance should i book?

We get booked out and highly recommend booking 2-3 months in advance so you get a time and date you prefer.

What's your rescheduling/cancellation Policy?

Due to the high number of grads we work with, rescheduling is permitted but a SEPARATE Deposit is due for the NEW appointment.

If you need to cancel the Deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.

What if it rains on the day of my session?

We check in with you 3-5 days before your session, if rain is being highly anticipated we recommend you reschedule your session at no extra cost.

How many photos will i receive?

You can expect to see 50-100 proofs (unedited watermarked photos) and will be able to choose 20 photos to be edited/retouched.

More edited/retouched photos can be purchased.

Whats the editing/retouching process like?

Our editing style is posed, timeless, and true to color, as seen in our portfolio. You will select 20 photos to be Edited & Retouched from your raw images. These photos will include color correction, skin smoothing, flyaways and distraction removals. If our portfolio doesn't resonate with you, we may not be the best fit.

Can I bring Family/Friends/Pets?

Of course! We do not charge if you decide to bring family/friends/pets, however, our grad sessions are designed for [1] graduate only. If you bring your pet please bring someone to help take care of them while we shoot.

For sessions with multiple grads please contacts us for a custom quote.

What should I bring?

Since you will be walking a lot, slip-on/sandals as a backup are highly recommended. Hair spray, bobby pins, makeup, and face clothes are also great items to cary with you!

Can I bring Props?

Absolutely! Champagne, balloons, tequila bottles, and confetti are some of the most popular.
